Terrible customer service. I was sent the wrong product. It was the Pro Shops mistake. They required me to return the product, wait 5-7 days for my refund and I would have to reorder my correct product on my own and pay for it. Customer service would not discount the incorrect product and of course for me to reorder it was out of stock. So disappointed the COLTS outsourced this service to a 3rd party. I will probably not order any colts gear at this point.

I usually order on-line. The Pro shop is too busy on game day. The line is long. Love their products and game gear.

(Online site)When buying a product, in the description it read “shipped no later than August 25th” . Which people do look at when purchasing items. NOW IM BEING TOLD “no later than September 1st”. That wasn’t being advertised when I purchased my item! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT?!!?! BUYER BEWARE!

Very nice store in the Lucas oil stadium offering colts jerseys and other team merchandise. Store itself was clean and modern. Large selection of gear.
